Located on Buck’s Trail, in the Eagle View Township, this development consists of 2 lots located in an agricultural zone in Becker County. The lots are 6.7 and 9.4 acres in size. The owner, Mr. Rodger Geddes, intends build a personal residence on the property. 

The commission was concerned about the possibility of the sale of one of the larger lots in the future and how it might be subdivided. The owner stated that he doesn’t intend to sell but assured the commission that if there were new owners, they would have to abide by current regulations.
