2 lot development—Boot Lake—Two Inlets, MN—Map

Becker County Planning and Zoning recommended approval for this development on Feb. 20^th, 2007.

A request to rezone from agricultural to residential was made to permit this two lot development to be built in Becker County. The build site will include two tracts of land, one 4.31 acres and the other 41,450 sq. ft. There is a pre existing cabin on the current lot and will need to be moved away from the water in order to comply with current building standards. The owner’s intend to erect a private home on the new plat.
