Dear Lakeshore Enthusiast,
It is a warm and beautiful Sunday afternoon here at Ten Mile Lake as I am relaxing on the deck with my wife, Alissa, at her family's cabin. Our children, Lacey (14), Jackson (13) and Lily (5) are enveloped in the cabin atmosphere. While writing this column to you, our youngest, Lily, is jumping off the end of the dock over and over again. Jackson is swimming out to the diving raft and Lacey is next to me intently beading necklaces for her and her cousins. I can't help but say that "life at the lake" is an amazing blessing.
I am excited to tell you that LakeshoreDreams.com is continually growing and producing fruit to better serve you as we continue to build on our reputation as being your Best Way to the Lake. Starting at the Minnesota State Fair, we will be kicking off our new weekly LakeshoreDreams.com Radio Show, which will be airing every Saturday morning (7-8am on the Patriot AM1280). This will provide a platform for us to bring you more content to best help with your land, lake home, or cabin decisions.
Next, I am proud to say that Peter, who heads up our IT department, has developed programming for Topographical maps on our website. You may think, "No big deal. Google maps are better," but, anyone who is truly serious about owning or seeking their family jewel, will be interested in using these maps in relation to: land elevation, lake bottom depth, cabin location, wetlands, and other lakes in the area, etc. With our new map tools you'll become an expert in locating your lakeshore dream.
Lastly, we will be introducing, in strategic locations, our new LakeshoreDreams.com magazine racks.
