Keith Waters & Associates - Keith Waters & Associates

Carter studied Architecture at the University of Minnesota, and began working at Keith Waters and Associates, Inc. during his second year of Architecture School. In his twenty-three years with Keith Waters, he has performed a number of roles as a designer, project manager, job supervisor, estimator, and construction administrator. Carter resides in Faribault, along with his wife and three children.

Keith Waters & Associates, Inc. is a residential design/build firm based in the Twin Cities. The firm designs and builds individually styled homes, remodeling and smaller mixed-use commercial projects. Following his Architectural studies at Kansas State, Keith worked for architectural firms and a multi-disciplinary landscape/planning firm prior to starting his own firm in 1978. That firm provided commercial architectural services and residential design/build. In 1985, he started a firm to focus solely on residential design/build, and was one of the first practitioners to provide both design and construction within a single company. That tradition continues today. Keith's wife, Cindy, is an Interior Designer and provides interior architectural services for the homes. Keith and his wife reside in Eden Prairie. They have four adult daughters and one grandson.
